Casa Rosa is a two bedroom typical Portuguese cottage and consists of the following:-

KITCHEN DINER

A modern split level kitchen / diner with wooden beamed ceiling. It has a full sized cooker, fridge / freezer and a full range of pots, pans, crockery and utensils you require for your stay. The dining area seats five.

LOUNGE

Steps up to the lounge which contains part of the original stone wall and wooden beamed ceiling. Electric fire, a single sofa bed and two further chairs, UK Sky TV, DVD and VCR. N.B. The lounge has limited head room. NOT suitable for very tall people,

SHOWER ROOM

A modern shower room consisting of shower, W.C., and hand basin.

BEDROOM 1

Wooden beamed ceiling with skylight window, ceiling fan, double bed, drawer and hanging space.

BEDROOM 2

Wooden beamed ceiling with skylight window, two single beds drawer and hanging space.

ALL ROOMS HAVE ELECTRIC WALL HEATERS FOR YOUR WINTER STAYS

OUTSIDE

There is a private seating and barbeque area for six people.

A detached laundry / ironing room, log store and recycling area.

Outside shower.

Access to sun terrace with loungers and swimming pool.

There is ample parking on site.
